The Dark Knight is spectacular. it was totally riveting, made me think.
Heath Ledger is really such a pain for me to watch. to see his last work on the big screen. wow. amazing. and heartbreaking.
anyway it beats me how they are ever gonna come up with a better villian. before i launch into a full-fledged appraisal of the movie, i'll sttopp.
ok. racial harmony day. nothing more than an excuse for us to wear something other than our uniforms. but it was fun.

chunling and i were talking about how our moods change as the week progresses. this is the graph i drew. hahas. intepret it yourself.

moody graph (subject to change)
AND a blink of an eye and the week is gone. and everyone rants on about the exams being just a few weeks away. reality just smashed me today, oww, how how how?
in love with this song. i've been singing it the whole day, and listening to it for the thousandth time. Regina Spektor's voice is amazing, the song is amazing, the lyrics are amazing, everything amazing.
It started out as a feeling
Which then grew into a hope
Which then turned into a quiet thought
Which then turned into a quiet word
And then that word grew louder and louder
'Til it was a battle cry
I'll come back
When you call me
No need to say goodbye
Just because everything's changing
Doesn't mean it's never been this way before
All you can do is try to know who your friends are
As you head off to the war
Pick a star on the dark horizon
And follow the light
You'll come back when it's over
No need to say goodbye
You'll come back when it's over
No need to say goodbye
Now we're back to the beginning
It's just a feeling and no one knows yet
But just because they can't feel it too
Doesn't mean that you have to forget
Let your memories grow stronger and stronger
'Til they're before your eyes
You'll come back
When they call you
No need to say goodbye
You'll come back
When they call you
No need to say goodbye

The past few days have been eventful, but firstly, school today was definitely fun. tuesdays are really awesome. pe pe pe pe pe pe pe pe! hehe i keep standing in the defender's position so they can't defend our captain!
I'm so glad mrs wallace isn't here, and actually comprehensions aren't that tough anyway so i dont mind. YAY.
went to the ndp preview on saturday. it was most exciting to find out what was in the fun pack! who doesn't love free stuff? or rather which singaporean? but mostly useless. the crowd was fairly enthusiastic at first but after a while, we didn't even respond to the hosts. their attempts to hoorah the crowd failed miserably.
still, it was heartening to see all 27000 of us stand up to sing the national anthem and wave our lil flags together. though i'm sure more than half of the audience were mouthing the nat anthem.

oh yea, and since it was a mock demonstration, only the fake lee hsien loong and sr nathan came. lee hsien loong was like 50 years younger and sr nathan lost a 100 pounds or something. everyone in the stadium was laughing. including me. heh.

And the boys beside us just threw their rubbish like that. it's not just them. can you imagine what the poor cleaner has to do? or maybe we use robots to clean up right.
got like thousands more pics, but whatever.
i've been having hiccups for the two hours. i like.
woohoo!

waited one hour for the bus today. however time seemed to fly by because i was super-stoning. while the woman beside me kept making faces and fidgeting, being so fed up. after one hour, someone told us we would have to wait for another half hour cos the bus broke down.
most people walked home. i was laughing to myself cos we were like a flock of birds migrating. and everyone looked so black-faced.
while walking, i seemed to be silently competing with two boys, to see who was faster. for the first two bus stops, we kept overtaking each other. in the end the st. grabrielle's boy won by a small margin, i came in second, and the little boy lost terribly. he was already too far to be seen when i turned around. muahaha.
upon reaching my house's bus stop. the bus came tootling behind, as if to mock me and my weary feet.
if i could be an ant for one day, i will go alone to forage for food. this way, humans will less likely kill me if they see me, and allow me to escape with my delights.
after all, one would freak out and mass exterminate most probably only if they see me and a whole bunch of friends invading the peanut butter. yes.
i'll live in the kitchen where the humans hardly cook, so that i shan't have to worry about flames suddenly engulfing me if i were to be treading across the stove.
peanut butter would be my breakfast, lunch and dinner. maybe some fruits for dessert. i want to be a healthy ant. All this, IF i were actually an ant. however i am not an ant, but a human.
so. i am getting nowhere.
gotta go do homework now, how wonderful. i'll pollute the web with my insignificant thoughts next time.
