christmas was this week! and alot of things happened.
the crestere christmas party was a success i think! it went well, and i think everyone got along great even though some people didnt know each other. yeap, hallelujah! we played a few games, including murderer. and yiqin was murderer but she didnt kill anyone cos she wasnt good at winking. hahas. so in the end there were four murderers, but even then, hardly anyone got killed.
the food was good too. delphne's shepherd pie was snapped up in the matter of a few minutes.
went to kl last week too! some pictures for viewing pleasure then.
view from our hotel, which was the gardens hotel. and the toilet super nice cos got like rain shower.
and the hotel also linked to the shopping centre, so if we get tired, can just go up and rest.

this is the klcc shopping mall which has a super huge christmas tree which can hantam our singapore christmas trees anyday.oh, and in kl, movies and popcorn is so freaking cheap! like half price compared to singapore.
i bought a large popcorn, only around 4 ringgit!! unfortunately, we lost more than half of our popcorn when it dropped on the floor. haha. we were like picking it up from the ground and putting it back in. XD
so yesterday, minhui yiying jingwen jingkai welson hanping clemence joshua and i went to snowcity+science centre!
at snow city we had this crazy snow fight, and when we came out of there, we were soaking wet and freezing too!
the 10 dollar photo. =/which shows all of us going down the snowcity slope. except minhui cos she didnt go snowcity.
actually the slope thing very exhilarating, but then by the time you reach the bottom, snow will be in your face and coat and shoes and pants.
haha so can die la.
somebody kept smashing snow into my face, hahas. and the snow was very dirty cos when i wiped my face, got black stuff.
then, off to science centre, which was quite fun, and i learnt a few things too. :D

and now, i'll be off to muar, for our church prayer retreat! first time going overseas with the tribe, so i'm very excited!
just packed my bag just now, and its so full until really gonna pok! if you open the zip, everything will fly out. haha.
just looking back at this week, i thank God for the family and friends He has blessed me with.

there is satisfaction in crossing something off a list, but then i get ambitious, so i add more stuff.
like one step forward, two steps back.
and i just finished packing for the kl trip which is the day after tomorrow. (and i'm moderately insanely excited about it) so i know that i'm packing way early, if not my grandma would rant to me about it.
also, i baked cakes and cookies with some friends today too, and our first cake was really really really awful, because it wasn't fully cooked and at some point we added the egg white wrongly.
And it was supposed to be yellow, but we experimented with blue food colouring and we got green.
And it was supposed to be a sponge cake, but it ended up like gooey kueh.
And there were many other 'supposes', but i suppose that's what you get when you don't read instructions.

ok anw yesterday being a public holiday, my family had lunch at our house and my mum cooked a swedish/italian meal.
its swedish because of the meatballs.
and italian because of the pasta. Delizioso!
then!! we went to the ulu ulu choa chu kang there to visit some pottery place. er haha yea. and
then we went to the resort over there, but i dunno what its called. aiya but everyone heard of it before la.
and if you had your chalet there, it would be quite boring cos you can only wander around in the resort, unless you absolutely love mud and grass la.

my uncle locked us in this giant cage thingy for chickens or something. there's me trying to kick the door down, and my cousin being extremely frightened, supposedly. haha.
Thats one big fish!
drinking my ice cream between the Heinz Towers. this is not advertisement. i think melted icecream is damn nice!
heehee, and today in hiphop class someone in the class fell down because her knee suddenly cracked or popped or dunno what while we were also popping. then paramedic and ambulance come leh!! and while waiting, everyone keep sayin they hope the paramedic is a cute guy, then later the paramedic that came was really a guy! but i dunno if can say cute anot. haha.
anyway i suspect is maybe her knee pop out of her socket.
thats happened to me many times before when i turn in awkward angles without moving my feet. in fact yesterday got happen too, but then my knee will always pop back de. hope shes okay!

okay, maybe i will. HA!
i went to my cousin's house to stay with all my other cousins last week, and we had a blaaaaaaaaaaast.
we tried our hand at baking, but my batch of cookies turned out to be muffins because we added too much baking powder thanks to my cousin's clever calculations that we should add everything in fourfold if we want to have four times the cookies. anyway anyway, it was really tasty. especially the ones which were half-baked. really.
and we all laughed so loud in the playground downstairs that my uncle said he could distinctly hear us seven storeys up. hoho.
then this week i had the first ever hip-hop dance lesson in my life, with minhui too! the class was literally a-laugh-a-minute. i obviously really suck at dancing, but fortunately not everyone is very good either. hehe. except an amazing young teacher called "Nisa", my nickname too!! some people just have that natural groove in them, why!?!
haha then on wed, went kboxing plus gunshooting plus a lil shopping plus moviewatching with niantee yiying rebecca samantha and ivan! go see their updates la. haha.
thursday was badminton day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with me yiying minhui jingwen welson wenzhen melvic hanping joshua and bobby. ya alot of people! but i still managed to find a table of ten to house everyone during lunch! cos lucky i ran to the aunty cleaning the big table before anyone else got there. i think i played much better this week cos mayb i drank too much water during the breaks last week, or maybe i'm just thinking of an excuse.
i also think the mushrooms badminton skills have improved by leaps and bounds! especially evil mushroom. and teamwork between ninja and shuai-ge has also improved! NEHEHEHHE.
then i had to leave earlier cos had to catch carine's guitar ensemble concert which was very nice. music and all. carine sang nice!! and the guitar solos were heartwarming too. (not the rock kind la) and there was one little girl who had the voice of an angel. her control was damn good even though she is so young and not airy at all. i cannot believe it. what will happen when she grows up man. i dare not think about it.
but i didnt enjoy the journey to and fro acjc because from yck must take to jurong east. very far away!! and then must change train, then i changed wrong side. then must walk up and down escalator then people in mrts always stare around at each other weirdly. haha.
what a colourful week!
